This is an area of BTSNP management, which its name refers to a waterfall that was there, Coban Trisula. "Coban" means "waterfall", and "trisula" means "trident", showing that there are three waterfalls in this area. It is equipped with shelter and pathway. Coban Trisula is rich of biodiversity, and well known as a habitat for Javan Eagle-hawk (Nisaetus bartelsi), a species protected by the law.
The waterfalls itself are located in the ravine, so that visitors have to walk down through the pathway. The pathway is a litte bit mossy and slippery, but it would reinforce the natural atmosphere in this area. The tropical rain forest will welcome you along the path way. The first waterfall can be reach by 15 minutes (600 m) on foot. The second waterfall is about 2.5 meters high, with three surounded natural pools. To see the main waterfall, visitors must climb a small hill covered by tropical trees with roots that can be used as a handle. The main waterfall, 11 meters high, looks magnificent.
